CROWN HAIR OIL — SHIPPING POLICY

Crown Hair Oil ships orders across Canada and the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
Please review this policy carefully, as it works together with our Refund & Return Policy and Terms of Service.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
Processing does not include weekends, holidays, or courier delays.
During launches or sales, processing may take longer.
SHIPPING RATES
Canada
Flat rate shipping: $6.99 CAD (tracked)
Free shipping for orders $120 CAD and above
United States
Tracked shipping: $9.99 USD
Free shipping for orders $110 USD and above
Shipping rates may change based on promotions or carrier adjustments.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Canada: 3 to 8 business days
United States: 5 to 12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume seasons are outside our control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
All shipments include tracking.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-care products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• change of mind
• scent preference
• allergic reactions
• shipping delays
• packages marked “Delivered” but not received
• customer error in address entry
This applies to both Canada and USA orders.
The only exception is damaged items (see below).
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crownhairoil.com
Please include:
• order number
• clear photos of the damaged item
• photos of internal packaging
• photos of the mailer/box
• photos of the shipping label
If approved, we will ship a replacement item.
Refunds are not issued unless required by applicable law.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
RISK OF LOSS & CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
After your order is transferred to Canada Post, USPS, or another shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Crown Hair Oil is not responsible for:
• delays
• misdelivery
• incorrect scans
• packages marked “Delivered” but missing
• weather disruptions
• postal strikes
• customs holds
• theft after delivery
For missing packages marked “Delivered,” customers must open a claim with the carrier.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
U.S. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
United States customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These are not included in Crown Hair Oil’s product or shipping prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by U.S. customs.
HANDMADE SMALL-BATCH NOTICE
Crown Hair Oil products are handcrafted in small batches with natural botanicals.
Variations in scent, color, or texture may occur and are normal.
These variations do not affect product performance and are not considered defects.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost while in transit (not delivered), customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
Crown Hair Oil cannot issue refunds or replacements once the carrier has accepted the parcel.
