Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, Crown Hair Oil does not accept returns or exchanges. This policy protects the safety and hygiene of all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crownhairoil.com with clear photos of:
• the outer packaging
• the product
• the shipping label
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible. Approved claims will receive a replacement product. Refunds are not issued unless required by law.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Our products contain natural herbs and essential oils. We clearly list all ingredients on our website and packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients and conduct a patch test before use.
Crown Hair Oil is not liable for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or improper application. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for reactions of any kind.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Crown Hair Oil is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery. Customers must open a claim directly with the shipping company.
Opened or Used Products
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products under any circumstances for safety and health reasons.
